When you shop at KrishnaStore.com your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied you are free to return any product for a full refund within 30 days.

Custom orders including prints, canvas prints and Deities larger than 10" are specially made-to-order and are therefore not covered by this. They can only be returned if they are faulty.

To return items you must first get a return authorization from our Customer Support Help Desk. Please do not return any items without this authorization as we have to provide you with the address to return the items to. We can not refund any items that are returned without authorization.

Shipping Methods

KrishnaStore.com ships from warehouses in different parts of the country so if you order more than one item you may receive more than one shipment and they may arrive at different times.

You can select the shipping method you desire for your order on the shipping page in the checkout section.

We offer shipping by the United States Postal Service.

Media Mail: Many people choose Media Mail because it is the cheapest shipping method. Please be aware that media mail typically takes two weeks to arrive.

Priority Mail: Priority mail is a very good service. It generally takes 2-3 days to anywhere in the US. It is a very good service compared to the other 2nd day air services.

International Mail: All our international orders are sent by Air Mail. Please be aware that International Air Mail typically takes 10-14 days to arrive, occasionally it can take a little longer.
